On the one hand, we develop vehicle architectures on the logical, functional, software and hardware levels. Our expertise includes the bus systems in the vehicle such as CAN, FlexRay and automotive Ethernet. We are responsible for analyzing, specifying, creating concepts, integrating, and securing all system functions.
We support our customers in the development and maintenance of large IT projects in the backend. The thematic scope ranges from IT security (automotive security backend) to vehicle parts systems to functionalities of vehicle networking (connected car). In agile implementation, our focus is entirely on modern Java and cloud technologies.
In embedded function and software development, we work on
battery management, computer vision, and precise positioning systems. Whether in cars, agricultural machinery, or other commercial vehicles, we develop intelligent vehicles. Embedded Software means precise and effective programming on µC/CPUs.

Video interview by team with department (after approx. 1-2 weeks)
As a rule, you will be invited to a video interview via Teams after 1-2 weeks. The interview will then be conducted with the relevant department.

If the interview was successful, an offer meeting with our recruiter will follow. Here all contractual details will be discussed again.

Signing of the contract
We will send you the contract to sign. Please send it back to us within a few days.
You simply apply online via our portal, upload all your documents and you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt as soon as we have received your application.
You can work up to a maximum of 20 hours, but this is not compulsory. The working hours are agreed individually with the department. Flexibility is important to us, which is why we take your wishes and agenda into consideration. During the semester break, you have the option of working up to a maximum of 40 hours.
Both as a working student and for a final thesis, it is mandatory to be enrolled at a university or college. We also offer compulsory internships, which also require a certificate of enrolment.
The application deadlines for the individual positions vary and can be found in the respective advertisements. As a guideline, we recommend applying three to four months before the desired start date.
For example, if you want to start in March, you should apply in December/January.
But please don't let this put you off, we are generally very flexible - even if we receive your application at short notice.
The interview usually lasts about 1 hour and takes place either in person or as a video interview. It is a relaxed, classic interview in which we want to learn more about you. It is about topics such as personality, social skills, and professional skills. Of course, you also have the opportunity to ask us your questions and get to know us as an employer.
